How it works

How an office order works

Everything is handled by email, and there is no membership and no application.

  • Overhead flat lay of a floor plan, a room list, a tape measure and a pencil on a desk

    Send the wall list

    Room list, sizes and subjects. A floor plan or a photo of the wall is enough.

    Quote within one working day
  • A primed canvas on a wooden easel beside a palette with fresh oil paint in a studio

    Approve the quote

    Production starts on a 50% deposit, and each canvas goes to a painter who specializes in that style.

    Painting starts the same week
  • A framed oil painting on an easel photographed in a studio with softboxes and a tripod

    Approve the photographs

    We send high resolution photographs of every finished canvas. Adjustments at that stage are free.

    About 3 weeks on the easel
  • A shipping bench with a cardboard tube, a rolled canvas, a wooden crate and foam corners

    Receive the order

    The balance is due on approval. Rolled canvases ship insured, and framed pieces travel in a crate.

Per unframed canvas in US dollars. One piece is retail. The discount starts at two pieces on the same order and grows with the count, and framing and stretching take the same discount as the canvas.

Questions offices ask before they order

Can you supply art for a whole floor?

Yes. Send the wall list with sizes and subjects and you get one consolidated quote within 24 hours. Ten to nineteen pieces on one order take 30 percent off retail and twenty or more take 40 percent, and the discount covers framing and stretching as well as the canvas.

What does a conference room piece cost?

A 30 by 40 in canvas is 580 dollars retail, which is 406 dollars at the ten or more pieces tier. A 40 by 60 in canvas is 880 dollars retail and 616 dollars at the same tier. Framing is priced separately by size.

Do you invoice a company on terms?

Payment is by bank transfer, SWIFT internationally or ACH and Fedwire in the United States. A 50 percent deposit releases the order to the studio and the balance falls due when you sign off the photographs. Net 30 opens after two completed orders.

Is there a licensing problem with reproductions in a workplace?

No. We paint public domain works only, so there is no rights chain on anything you hang. That matters for offices that photograph their space for recruiting material, press coverage or an investor deck.
