Processing Your Masterpiece
- Start to Finish: Once your payment is confirmed, we begin creating your artwork. The typical processing time ranges from 2-3 weeks but can extend to 4 weeks depending the complexity of your chosen painting. For particularly large or intricate pieces, processing may take up to 8 weeks.
- Oil Painting Drying Time: Our paintings are crafted with multiple layers of slow-drying oil paint, requiring each layer to dry thoroughly before the next is applied. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and its impact on drying times, we appreciate your patience as we ensure your painting is perfectly prepared for shipping.
Shipping Your Order
- Roll and Pack: To ensure your painting arrives in pristine condition, it is rolled and placed in a protective tube designed to shield it from damage.
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched from our studio, the shipping duration depends on your location and potential weather-related delays, which are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Art
- Stay Updated: You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Free Worldwide Shipping
- No Extra Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders to any single address around the globe, partnering with several trusted carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Order Cutoff Times
- Daily Deadline: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) local time will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed on the following business day. This ensures that we can manage your order promptly and begin the creation process as quickly as possible.
Packaging with Precision
- Safe and Secure: Each painting is treated with preserving varnishes, covered with protective sheets and film, and securely packed. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped separately in appropriate packaging at no additional charge.
In Case of Loss or Damage
- Our Guarantee: We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We are here to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

- When you order from Art&See, your artwork will most likely be shipped from a different country than where you live. This is because our team of talented artists is distributed around the world. So you can expect your painting to come from an international origin on its way to you.
- Since these are global shipments crossing borders, you may need to pay customs charges like import duties and taxes levied by your country. These potential fees are not included in the prices we charge or our shipping costs. As the recipient, you'll be considered the importer of record and must comply with your nation's import laws.
