Every commission is matched to an artist who specializes in that exact style. An Impressionist landscape goes to an Impressionist painter, a Baroque interior to someone who paints Baroque. The material is Winsor & Newton oil on archival grade canvas, and nothing is printed.

Public spaces usually need scale, so the catalog runs to 48 × 72 in and any dimension up to 72 in is quoted within 24 hours. HOW TO ORDER

How a hotel order is placed

  1. Send the room list

    Email the works, the sizes, and how many rooms each one repeats across. A photograph of the wall or a floor plan is enough. One consolidated quote comes back within 24 hours.

  2. Deposit starts production

    Production starts on a 50% deposit by bank transfer. The invoice comes with the quote, and a resale certificate removes sales tax.

  3. The property signs off on photographs

    High resolution photographs of the finished paintings go out for sign off before anything is packed. Adjustments at this stage are free, and the balance is due on approval.

  4. Rolled to the property, or crated

    Guest room canvases ship rolled and insured, worldwide, in 3 to 10 days. Framed pieces at 30 × 40 in and larger ship crated, with freight quoted at cost.

LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING

About 3 weeks, plus 3 to 10 days to the property

Production runs about 3 weeks, varying with size and complexity, so a refurbishment should place the order a month before the rooms go back into inventory. Expedited production is available on request.

The default finish is unframed canvas, shipped rolled and insured, worldwide, in 3 to 10 days. Framed pieces at 30 × 40 in and larger ship crated, with freight quoted at cost, which is what a lobby piece usually means.

PAYMENT AND TAX

Payment and tax on a hotel order

Payment is by bank transfer only: SWIFT internationally, ACH or Fedwire in the United States.

Half on order, half on photo approval, so nothing is paid in full against artwork the property has not seen. Net-30 opens after two completed orders, which covers a second phase of the same refurbishment. A resale certificate removes sales tax.
