Pricing & Delivery The price you pay for artwork is the price listed on the product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation. Once artwork has been delivered to you, it is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or destruction after delivery.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Art & See and its affiliates, directors, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use of this website or the artwork/products sold, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages.

Entire Agreement This agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties related to the subject matter. No representations by our employees, including sales staff, vary these terms unless explicitly stated. Our liability disclaimers exclude fraudulent misrepresentations.

Image Usage Images/artwork purchased may not be used for commercial purposes in a stand-alone manner or reprinted/sold as merchandise like posters, clothing, accessories, etc. without express permission.
