45 Days to Decide: Live with your art for enjoyment. If it doesn't resonate with your space as you'd hoped, the option to return remains.
Eligibility: Applies to catalog pieces returned in their original condition with and original packaging.
Return or Refine: Further personalize your painting or choose a refund, less customary shipping. Unfortunately, due to the high expense of shipping frames, frame purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds. While you can return the painting itself, the frame must remain with you, as the costs involved in shipping frames are prohibitively high. All custom orders, including color changes, custom sizes, portraits from customer photos, oil paintings ordered that were not on our website, or any custom changes requested by the customer may only be returned for a store credit, at our discretion.
Effortless Returns: Simply reach out at info@art-and-see.com with your details and let us handle the rest. Please obtain a return authorization so we can route your return safely.
Swift Refunds: Expect your refund processed swiftly within 14 days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection. Shipping, duties and carrier/processing charges aren’t refundable; a modest handling allowance may apply. Return parcels remain with the sender until received and inspected at our studio. For transit issues we’ll coordinate repair or replacement first, then finalize the outcome.
