Preview & Perfect

  • See Before You Receive: Every painting includes a complimentary photo preview before shipment, ensuring the artwork meets your vision.

  • Tailored to Your Taste: Not quite perfect? We refine it until it is. Your satisfaction is our canvas. Previews are for fine-tuning prior to shipment; eligibility for any post-delivery resolution is assessed after delivery under the framework below. If work is already underway, next steps may reflect the artist's progress and the materials already committed to your piece.

Confident Commitment

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this 24-hour window, processing and production may have begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • 90 Days to Decide: Live with your art. If it doesn't resonate with your space as you'd hoped, the option to pursue a resolution remains open for 90 days from delivery.

  • Our Resolution Framework: Every Art & See painting is hand-produced to order — each piece is interpreted uniquely by our artists, with brushstroke variation, pigment choices, and tonal interpretation that cannot be replicated or resold. Because each painting is crafted specifically against your order, our preferred path when a piece doesn't resonate is refinement — the artist revises the painting at no additional cost until it matches your vision. Where refinement isn't feasible, resolutions are issued as store credit, redeemable across our full collection with no expiration. Cash refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the piece, the condition upon inspection, and the circumstances of the resolution.

  • Eligibility: Returns apply to paintings in their original unaltered condition with original packaging, subject to inspection upon receipt at our studio. Customary shipping, international duties, carrier fees, and a handling allowance are non-refundable. Return shipping is arranged by the customer; parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received and inspected. Return and refund requests are limited to one order per customer per 365-day period.

  • Frames: Due to the prohibitive cost and fragility of international frame shipping, frame purchases are final sale. The painting itself may be returned per this policy; the frame remains with you.

  • Effortless Returns: Simply reach out at [email protected] with your order details. A return authorization must be issued by our team before any return is shipped; unauthorized returns cannot be processed or credited.

    • Swift Resolutions: Expect your resolution processed within 14 days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method net of shipping, duties, and handling. Store credit is issued within 3 business days and is redeemable immediately across our full collection.
