In the unlikely event your painting is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Refuse delivery if possible. This allows us to process a return and insurance claim promptly with the shipping carrier.
  2. If you already accepted the damaged package, contact us immediately with photos clearly showing the damage and shipping label.

We will then:

  • Arrange for the damaged painting to be picked up from your address or provide a return shipping label.
  • Create a new, replacement painting for you free of charge once we receive the damaged item back.
  • Ship the new artwork to you within 10 business days.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for shipping damages, as this is the carrier's responsibility. Our priority is delivering high-quality art and excellent service.
